What we do

As Priory Coffee Co. we are interested in many things. Of course it goes without saying, coffee and food, however we also have a keen interest in buildings & architecture, the environment, art & photography, music, and products with a design element and flair.

We have purchased a number of old buildings, mostly in need of restoration. We are endeavouring to bring back business to the high streets and centres of small and medium sized towns. We have worked closely with the conservation officers in Cork County Council and deal with very select and skilled local tradesmen to carry out our restoration works.

Our team is made up of designers, photographers, chefs, baristas, recipies developers, project managers, interior & exterior designers, and, yes of course, accountants!

We want to be nice to people! We endeavour to only employ nice people and think it's very important to have a harmonious relationship between all people across everything that we do - this includes everyone from our staff, managers, directors, and of course our valued customers. Good values and a helpful attitude is so important in all aspects of priory coffee co.
